God is a God who communicates to us and he intends to be
understood by us. And he has communicated with us in so many ways—in so many
varieties of ways—that if we’re honest with ourselves, we simply cannot deny
that God’s word is true. We cannot deny it. Today, as we look at the text of Psalm 19, we are going to
make three observations about the way God communicates with us in general, but
more specifically about God’s Word, the Bible. First we’ll see that General Revelation
displays the Glory of God. Second, we’ll see that Special Revelation declares
the character of God. Then third, the Bible demonstrates our need for God. (1) General
Revelation displays the glory of God. (2) Special revelation declares the
character of God. (3) The Bible demonstrates our need for God.
